The Tynor ROM Knee Brace 22"/56cm (D48) is a hinged, universal-fit brace designed to control and restrict the degree of knee flexion through a multi-point fixation system, allowing either a controlled range of motion or immobilisation at any angle. Its Multi-Point Fixation Graduated Disc (MPFGD) hinges can be adjusted by a simple pull-and-rotate action, while a three-layered neoprene-bonded wrap and reverse-buckle straps hold the brace securely. The lightweight, bilaterally symmetric design fits most patients and can be worn on either leg. - ROM dial allows locking at any angle, or controlled motion between any two angles, adjusted with an easy pull mechanism.

- Set the flexion angle first: pull the knob lightly, rotate and release at the desired angle on the graduated disc, then bend the knee to confirm the angle.
- Set the extension angle in the same way on the extension side, and repeat for the other hinge.
- Affix the two hinges on either side of the knee so the centre of the MPFGD aligns with the axis of the knee, keeping the hinges upright per the arrow mark.
- Wrap the Velcro bands around the leg one by one, passing them through the slots in the buckle, and fasten with the reverse buckle for a secure, comfortable grip.
- For immobilisation, move both flexion and extension knobs to the same angle; for free flexion, set the flexion knob to 120° and the extension knob to 0°.

Can I lock the knee at a set angle? Yes, moving both the flexion and extension knobs to the same angle immobilises the knee at that position.
Does it fit either leg? Yes, the bilaterally symmetric, universal design can be used on the left or right leg.
What are the adjustment intervals? The graduated disc has 10° intervals between adjacent pins for flexion and extension settings.
