NDIA Managed : By claiming directly on the NDIS Portal on NDIS participant's behalf
Self Managed : By liaising directly with NDIS Participants or their carers

What’s the process if I am self managed?
If your NDIS plan is is self managed, you can easily order from our website as normal, and pay for the products you need. You can pay via Credit Card, Paypal, Afterpay or Bank Deposit.
We will email you a tax invoice with your order confirmation which can be downloaded at your convenience. You can use this tax invoice for proof of purchase, to claim back funds from NDIA.
