Below knee tractions for the following conditions:

Features

• Three-layered PU bonded fabric offers a soft feel and plush looks through the top layer, comfortable cushioning through the middle Polyurethane layer and the inner layer provides good frictional characteristics.
• Multiple hook loop closures ensure controlled compression, easy application and removal and no loosening of the brace.
• The large skin contact area ensures no vaso-constriction, eliminates the need for an adhesive, and ensures no skin peeling, compatible to weak or geriatric skins.
• It is convenient and quick to apply.

Construction

• Leg traction brace is made out of strong three-layered polyurethane bonded fabric which ensures a comfortable grip to the skin.

• The hook and loop closure are spread uniformly, so as to give a uniform pressure and holding.

• The reverse buckle mechanism of the closures again ensures strong and secure holding and better application of the pressure.

• Traction straps and rings ensure convenient coupling with the traction system.

How To Use

• The area can be shaved and even mild adhesive systems like a tincture of benzoin can be used to enhance patient comfort and effectiveness of the traction brace.

• Leg traction brace is placed on the below-knee portion of the leg.

• The Velcro straps are tightened to a comfortable, secure position by the reverse buckle mechanism.

• The traction belts are hooked to the pulley system through nylon rings.

• The traction weight is applied as per the instructions of a qualified doctor.
