Product Description

The Tynor Hand Exercising Ball (H05) is a moulded exercise ball designed to support a pleasurable exercise routine for the hand, wrist, forearm and fingers. It is available in two resistances so the ball can be matched to the stage of exercise or rehabilitation: Ortho (firm) for higher-resistance exercise and Neuro (soft) for gentler post-operative and neurological work. Made from safe, inert polyurethane, it offers excellent resilience for repeated use and is compatible with thermal and hydrotherapy sessions. Supplied by Australian Healthcare Supplies, a registered NDIS provider based in Perth, Western Australia.

  • Two resistance levels — Ortho (firm, 5/5) and Neuro (soft, 3/5) — to suit different exercise plans.
  • Moulded from safe, inert polyurethane with excellent resilience for a long functional life.
  • Compact, universal size that fits comfortably in the palm for forearm, wrist, hand and finger exercise.
  • Spongy material provides an optimal bounce and controlled resistance.
  • Compatible with thermal and hydrotherapy use, with high patient compliance.

May assist in managing discomfort associated with the following conditions:

  • Rehabilitation involving the hand, wrist and forearm, including cerebral palsy or polio
  • Rheumatoid arthritis and general hand stiffness
  • Post-operative and post-fracture care
  • Stroke recovery and Parkinson's disease
  • General grip conditioning and use as a stress ball
  • Hold the ball comfortably in the palm of the required hand.
  • Squeeze and release the ball in a smooth, controlled motion to work the hand and forearm muscles.
  • Repeat as guided by your doctor or physiotherapist, gradually increasing duration over time.
  • 1 x Tynor Hand Exercising Ball (H05) in the selected resistance (Ortho firm or Neuro soft)
  • Wipe with a moist, lint-free cloth.
  • Keep the ball away from moisture and store in a clean, dry place.
  • Do not use if the thumb joint is damaged or dislocated.
  • Discontinue use and seek guidance from a qualified doctor in case of impaired sensation, impaired blood flow, allergy, rash, itching, or if pain increases or persists.
  • Misuse or improper use of the device can lead to adverse effects.
  • Keep the ball away from children to avoid biting or swallowing.
  • Please check with your doctor, physiotherapist, or healthcare professional to confirm this product is suitable for your condition and correct sizing.
