The Tynor Hinged Knee Wrap J15 is a wrap-around neoprene knee support built around aluminium side hinges, designed to help provide firm lateral support while allowing natural flexion of the knee joint. The four-way-stretch neoprene fabric offers adjustable compression and retains body heat for comfortable warmth around the knee. An anterior patellar opening with a silicone buttress helps position the kneecap, while the hook-and-loop wrap-around design allows easy application and customised compression. Available in sizes S, M, L, XL and XXL. Supplied by Australian Healthcare Supplies, a registered NDIS provider based in Perth, Western Australia.

- Open the wrap and position it around the knee with the patellar opening over the kneecap.
- Wrap the panels around the knee and secure the hook-and-loop straps to a comfortable, firm level of compression.
- Check that the hinges sit at the sides of the knee joint and adjust as needed.
- Remove the product while sleeping unless advised otherwise by your healthcare professional.

- Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent.
- Do not bleach, iron or machine dry.
- Dry flat in shade, away from direct heat.

I don't usually give reviews, I just can't be bothered but this deserves my time, I have really bad osteoarthritis in my knees, my left in particular, I'll be an old woman before I finally get up the list for surgery on the public health system and in the meantime my day to day life is becoming a real struggle because of my knee, I'm also a home shopper for woolworths so I do a lot of walking, it was starting to affect my job as well as my life and I'm not getting any younger! There's a lot I still want to do! I was advised to get a brace and to make sure it had hinges, compared to other products I love this one for numerous reasons, I love that this one is open, in that you strap it on as tight as you need where others are all one thing, this doesn't irritate my skin, after a full day at work it's a bit sweaty but thats to be expected, its also half the price of others but most importantly.. It works! Its helped me to get on with doing the things I love! It's not a cure and it doesn't take away all the pain but it most certainly has made my life so much better!

This is great knee support. I have a bad/arthritic / torn meniscus in my left knee, medial, and this brace allows me to be able to walk without feeling the sharp pain every time I place weight on my left leg. Especially wonderful is that it allows me to go up and down stairs without excruciating pain - I feel none.
This splint ticks all the boxes. My daughter has an ABI and this splint has stabilised her patella so she can bend her knee without pain and gradually reduce the inflammation within her knee joint

Thw best knee support I have used, comfortable, stays in place, doesnt roll or become uncomfortable. My muscles are getting the support they need to strengthen without straining. Well worth buying, I highly recommend the Knee Wrap Hinged (Neoprene)
