The belt worth every single cent you pay.

I had had lower back discomfort for a number of years, but I didn't pay much attention to it because it wasn't bad. The pain was localised to my hip and the side of my right leg, even though I didn't feel it while I ran or played soccer—only when I was standing or walking. I was given a herniated disc diagnosis in 2015, and an MRI in 2021 revealed spondylolisthesis and lumbar spinal stenosis.
I received the item two weeks ago. After two days of use, my back began to hurt severely. After three days of readjustment, the discomfort has much decreased.
After using the device for a week, I am really pleased with it, and the purchase was definitely worthwhile.
