Features

  • Made from high-density PU foam (30 kg/m³) which provides better support and enhanced immobilisation. It has higher cushioning, better comfort, higher patient compliance, and a long functional life.
  • Reinforced with an LDPE sheet with thick round edges to enhance immobilisation. Edge doesn't bite into the skin, so it is more comfortable. Edge doesn't bite into the foam, enhancing the life of the collar.
  • Rustproof polypropylene eyelets provide proper ventilation and enhanced patient comfort.
  • Thermophilic cotton stockinet is treated to be gentle on the skin, ensuring comfort. It improves the overall life of the collar.

Construction

Cervical Collar Soft is produced from soft PUF or high-density PUF and can also be reinforced by a LOPE sheet, as in Cervical Collar. The chief purpose is to provide support, optimal stabilisation, and high comfort to the neck.

It is covered with a soft, hypoallergenic cotton stockinette. The body of the collar is perforated to provide ventilation for the patient's comfort.

The hook-and-loop closure of the Cervical Collar Soft ensures close-fitting of the collar around the neck and its quick, easy application and removal. The height of the collar can be varied for accurate dimensional adjustments to suit the individual neck heights

Awesome product but be careful with measurements

I would like only to be writing positive comments here but I used the measurements on the site and I believe I have ordered one size too large. Apart from that it appears to be a fantastic product - one of the best on the market and I have tried quite a few.

Very well made

This is a quality product. Very well made. I am trying it out for sleep apnea as I heard cervical collars can be of benefit for this condition. It’s early stages so time will tell but I did wake up feeling more ‘refreshed’ after using this.
