High quality product and very adjustable. Helped hugely with my plantar fasciitis. Downside is that area where toes sit is too narrow for my foot.
Due to left wrist injury, and regular minor injuries from weight training, I needed wrist support to help left wrist heal, and prevent further injuries on both wrists. I picked up a pair of wrist supports with them from a local discount shop, and they lasted 10 uses before Velcro started giving up.
I searched Amazon for products but most negative comments highlighted ineffectiveness of the Velcro and short life or support ( 2/3 weeks )
Somehow I stumbled on Tynor, took the plunge based on pictures and feedback. Including freight, cost to Sydney was about $30, 10 days deliver by Auspost.
Now I know what a good wrist support is. The material is strong and the Velcro is strong too.
Here is an example of the support it provides - When doing chin dips on the assisted Dip machine, my wrists do not move laterally. Any movement is easily indicated by the wrist support, so avoided. I weigh 70 kgs. slim wrists, and use only about 20 kg of assistance in weights.
The only issue I have is base of thumb can get a little sore if tightness is above a certain level. Hopefully this will go if wrist is completely healed.
Summary - great support, quality product, and helps healing.
Recommended.
The Knee Cap Comfeel provides excellent support for my dodgy knee without the knee being constricted and allows full movement. With regard to sizing, I was on the cusp between sizes so I went to the larger size and it fits perfectly. Another quality Tynor product.
After trying another brace I settled on this one because it is great for shorter people like myself. It is comfortable to wear and very easy to put on and wear. Thoroughly recommend this product to anyone
