- Pick the right size of the product, using the biometric chart provided on the box.
- For Varus(bow-legs) Correction: Slide the product in the shoe and position it accurately so that it comes directly under the outer or lateral side of the heel.
- For Valgus(knocked-knees) Correction: Slide the product in the shoe and position it accurately so that it comes directly under the inner or medial side of the heel.
- Mark this position on the shoe.
- Remove the release paper and affix the OA Wedge Insole on the marked position.
- Put the feet inside the shoe and ensure that OA Wedge Insole is accurately placed
