




Tynor Cool Pack H11 | Reusable Gel Cold Pack

The Tynor Cool Pack H11 is a re-freezable gel cold pack designed to deliver cold therapy to a targeted area. Its flexible hydrophilic-gel pouch stays pliable when frozen so it can conform to the body’s contours, while the soft fabric cover and elastic strap allow comfortable, hands-free use on most areas. Lightweight, reusable and easy to carry, it is a practical choice for cold therapy at home, in the clinic, or on the go. May assist in managing discomfort associated with the following conditions:
- Swelling and bruising
- Sprains and strains
- Muscle spasm and stiffness
- Soft-tissue and overuse injuries
- Post-activity soreness
- Post-surgical cold therapy, as directed by a healthcare professional
- Freeze the gel pack for at least 60 minutes (around 0°C).
- Place the frozen pack inside the supplied cloth cover.
- Apply the covered pack gently to the affected area.
- Use for 15–20 minutes at a time; do not exceed 20 minutes.
- Do not apply weight on the pack, and never place it directly against bare skin.

- Wipe the plastic pouch with a moist, lint-free cloth and mild detergent.
- The fabric cover is removable and washable.
- Do not dry-clean.
- Do not iron.
- Do not bleach.
- Keep away from sharp edges and avoid dropping on hard surfaces.
- Always use the cool pack inside its cloth cover; never apply it directly to the skin.
- Limit each application to a maximum of 20 minutes.
- Not suitable for people with rheumatoid arthritis, Raynaud’s syndrome, cold-allergic conditions, paralysis, or areas of impaired sensation. Those with a reduced ability to sense cold should take extreme care.
- For post-surgical use, follow the directions of your doctor.
- Discontinue use and seek advice from a qualified doctor if you notice impaired sensation, impaired blood flow, allergy, rash or itching, or if pain increases or persists.
- If the gel contacts the skin or eyes, rinse with water immediately; if irritation or redness persists, consult a physician.
- Do not use if the pouch is punctured or damaged, and do not sit or lie on the pack as excess weight may rupture it.
- Misuse or improper use can lead to adverse effects and reduced effectiveness.
- Keep out of reach of children.
How long should I use it for?
Up to 15–20 minutes at a time, always inside the cloth cover.
Is it reusable?
Yes. Simply re-freeze the gel pack for repeated use.
Can I place it directly on my skin?
No. Always use the supplied cloth cover to help prevent cold burns.
