1. Unfasten all hook-and-loop closures before application.
2. Wrap the chest band securely around the torso — below the breast line for women and around the upper torso for men.
3. Position the upper arm strap adjacent to the affected arm.
4. Place the wrist strap comfortably around the wrist to maintain a natural arm position.
5. Position the anatomical shoulder cup over the affected shoulder and secure all straps comfortably.
6. Adjust compression and strap tension for stable yet comfortable immobilisation.
