The Tynor Cervical Orthosis Philadelphia is designed for rigid immobilisation of the cervical spine and may be used under medical guidance in the following conditions:

- Separate the front and rear sections of the orthosis.
- Position the rear section behind the neck, ensuring proper occipital support.
- Align the chin properly in the front section’s support area.
- Close both sections securely using hook-and-loop fasteners.
- Ensure tracheostomy opening is correctly aligned if applicable.
