The Tynor Anatomic Pillow (B27) is a scientifically shaped sleep-support pillow designed to help maintain neutral spine alignment while sleeping on the back or side. Its anatomical contour cradles the head, neck and upper back, and ergonomically raised side panels are designed to accommodate shoulder height for side sleepers. The high-quality polyurethane foam offers firm, comfortable cushioning, while a central concavity is shaped to embrace the head and a cervical ridge helps hold the neck in a natural extension position. - Sleep in the supine position and adjust the pillow so the cervical ridge rests comfortably in the centre of the neck.
- For back sleeping, place the head in the middle of the hollow concave region.
- For side sleeping, turn and position the head in the centre of the raised side panel.
- Shifting the head between the raised and lower surfaces during the night usually becomes a natural habit after about 10 days of use.

Care applies to the cover only. Hand wash with a mild detergent in water below 30°C without wringing. Dry in shade on a flat surface. Do not dry-clean, iron or bleach. Keep the foam away from moisture.
- It may take 7 to 10 days to get adjusted to this newly shaped pillow.

Is the Anatomic Pillow made from memory foam?
The B27 Anatomic Pillow is made from high-quality polyurethane foam. The Urbane (B28) variant uses memory foam if you prefer an auto-conforming feel.
What size is it?
It is supplied in a Universal size suited to a neck height of roughly 6.25–12.5 cm.
Can I wash it?
The cover is removable and washable. Hand wash the cover only; do not wash the foam.
How long until it feels comfortable?
Most people take 7 to 10 days to adjust to the new shape.
