The Tynor Anatomic Pillow Urbane (B28) is a scientifically shaped memory-foam sleep pillow designed to help maintain neutral spine alignment while sleeping on the back or side. Its high-quality memory foam has excellent viscoelastic properties, auto-conforming to your body contour to embrace the head, neck and upper back softly. Ergonomically raised side panels are designed to accommodate shoulder height for side sleepers, while a central concavity cradles the head and a cervical ridge helps hold the neck in a natural extension position. - Sleep in the supine position and adjust the pillow so the cervical ridge rests comfortably in the centre of the neck.
- For back sleeping, place the head in the middle of the hollow concave region.
- For side sleeping, turn and position the head in the centre of the raised side panel.
- Shifting the head between the raised and lower surfaces during the night usually becomes a natural habit after about 10 days of use.

Care applies to the cover only. Hand wash with a mild detergent in water below 30°C without wringing. Dry in shade on a flat surface. Do not dry-clean, iron or bleach. Keep the foam away from moisture.
- It may take 7 to 10 days to get adjusted to this newly shaped pillow.

The B28 Anatomic Pillow Urbane uses high-quality memory foam with viscoelastic properties that auto-conform to your head and neck.
What size is it?
It is supplied in a Universal size suited to a neck height of roughly 6.25–12.5 cm.
Can I wash it?
The cover is removable and washable. Hand wash the cover only; do not wash the foam.
How long until it feels comfortable?
Most people take 7 to 10 days to adjust to the new shape.
