The Tynor Knee Support Hinged (Neoprene) (J-01) is a versatile neoprene knee brace that combines controlled, all-round compression with the rigid side support of hinged splints. Biaxial, heavy-duty aluminium hinges sit in side pockets to give side-to-side stability and full weight-bearing support while allowing normal, free flexion of the knee. An anterior patellar opening with a silicone buttress supports and positions the kneecap, and the three-layered, four-way-stretch neoprene retains gentle warmth and moulds comfortably to the knee. Hook-and-loop closures and additional straps let you set the compression and adjust the splinting action, with anti-tourniquet strapping for comfortable, even pressure. Available in sizes S to XXXL.

The Tynor Knee Support Hinged is intended to provide compression, warmth and rigid lateral support to the knee, under the direction of a qualified healthcare professional. May assist in managing discomfort associated with the following conditions:
- Knee instability or chronic laxity
- Ligament and meniscus injuries of the knee
- Patellar conditions (e.g. patellar instability, patellofemoral conditions, chondromalacia)
- Osteoarthritis of the knee
- Post-operative and post-cast knee support
- Muscular sprains and strains of the knee
- Protective support during sport
ⓘ Important: Align the centre (fulcrum) of the hinges with the centre of the knee and match the hinge movement to your natural knee bend. Fasten the straps to a comfortable compression — firm but not so tight that it restricts circulation. The brace should be removed while sleeping.

- Pull the brace onto the leg and position the patellar opening over the kneecap.
- Align the centre of each hinge with the centre of the knee.
- Check that the hinge flexion matches the natural bend of your knee.
- Fasten the hook-and-loop closures and additional straps to a comfortable, secure compression.
