The Tynor Gel Insole Female K16 is a pair of soft polymer gel insoles designed to provide grip and cushion the forefoot, helping to take pressure off the ball of the foot and absorb shock — including in high-heeled shoes. The anatomical shape is made to reduce rubbing and friction while walking, and the easy stick-on application holds the insole in position. The soft, non-compressible gel resists bacterial growth, is hypoallergenic and latex-free, and offers a long functional life. Supplied by Australian Healthcare Supplies, a registered NDIS provider based in Perth, Western Australia.

May assist in managing discomfort associated with the following conditions:

- Foot fatigue during prolonged standing or walking
- Clean the footwear with a dry cloth.
- Remove the release film and affix the insole into the footwear.
- Apply firm pressure.
- Leave it for 24 hours for proper bonding.

- Wipe with a moist lint-free cloth.
- Accurate placement within the footwear is extremely important; once removed the insole cannot be reused.
- Do not place the product on an open wound.
- Discontinue use in case of allergy, rash or itching, or if pain increases or persists.
- Misuse or improper use of the device can lead to adverse effects and decreased effectiveness.
- Keep out of reach of children.

Can I use these in high heels? Yes. The gel insoles are designed to provide grip and shock absorption at the forefoot, including in high-heeled shoes.
Can they be reused once removed? No. The insole is designed for one-time placement and cannot be reused once removed.
How do I choose a size? Sizes S, M and L are based on shoe size. Refer to the size chart.
How do I clean them? Wipe with a moist lint-free cloth.
