1. Slide the binder on with the broader end facing upwards.
2. Position your heel securely in the designated heel area.
3. Ensure the gel pads rest on the inner and outer sides of the ankle.
4. Wrap the elasticised strap around the ankle in a figure-of-eight and fasten for added stability.
