What is a hernia belt?
A hernia belt is a garment designed to apply gentle compression and support over a reducible hernia, using a soft pad and adjustable pressure. It is designed for use where a doctor has recommended it. A hernia belt does not resolve a hernia and is not a substitute for medical care.
Any support from a belt or truss applies only while it is being worn. You can wear it as a wrap-around abdominal belt, as an undergarment, or as a tummy trimmer.
The hernia undergarments are fitted with soft pads designed to hold gentle, targeted compression over the hernia site.

How to wear hernia belts?
After you have confirmed with your doctor that you have a hernia, your doctor will suggest the right hernia belt for your condition. You can then buy from our collection.
If your doctor suggests the Abs Wrap (Neoprene) umbilical hernia belt, you can get it from our store. Unpack the belt from the package and wrap it around your waist. The UBL closing should be at the bottom layer and the hook-and-loop side at the upper layer. Firmly close the fastening and continue your regular activity.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if I have a hernia?
Only a doctor can diagnose a hernia. You cannot decide by yourself from a list of signs. If you have symptoms that concern you, see your doctor for assessment and tests.
Will a hernia belt fix my hernia?
No. A hernia belt is designed to apply support and gentle compression while it is worn. Talk to your doctor about the right management plan for your condition — hernia support belts or trusses may help with comfort and support where your doctor has recommended them, including during post-operative recovery.
How long should I wear a hernia belt?
Wear it for as long as your doctor suggests, according to your condition.
