1. Wear over a thin cotton undergarment or lining for best skin comfort.
2. Wrap the belt around the waist keeping it upright — follow the "up inside" label for correct orientation.
3. Place the back panel in the centre of the vertebral column with the lower edge at sacrum level (S2 vertebra).
4. Close the hook-and-loop fasteners to a comfortable compression.
5. Stretch and fasten the double-pull elastic mechanism for added grip and firmness.
6. Remove, customise, and reinsert the splints as needed for comfortable immobilisation.
