1. Place the injured arm carefully inside the pouch.
2. Position the sling strap over the opposite shoulder.
3. Adjust the buckle to achieve a secure and comfortable fit.
4. Ensure the arm remains supported in a slightly flexed position.
5. Position the shoulder pad at the load-bearing area for improved comfort.
6. Place the thumb in the thumb cradle if required.
