The Easwe B20 Foldable Electric Wheelchair is a lightweight, airline-approved powered mobility aid designed to help users move independently across indoor and outdoor environments. Built on a high-strength aluminium alloy frame with dual 250W motors, shock-absorbing suspension, and LED safety lights, the B20 is designed for everyday use, community access, and travel. It arrives 95% pre-assembled and folds compactly for transport in standard vehicles. Supplied by Australian Healthcare Supplies, a registered NDIS provider based in Perth, Western Australia.

What is the difference between the Easwe B20 and B10?
The B20 and B10 share a similar battery system, folding design, and LED safety lights. The main differences are the motors, tyres, and seating: the B20 uses dual 250W motors (500W total) with larger 8" front and 12" rear tyres, while the B10 uses dual 200W brushless motors (400W total) and adds an adjustable reclining backrest and headrest. The B10 is also slightly lighter at approximately 18kg vs 20kg for the B20. We recommend speaking with your occupational therapist to confirm the right model for your needs.
Is the B20 suitable for outdoor use?
Yes — the B20 features honeycomb puncture-proof tyres and dual 250W motors designed to assist navigation on light gravel, gentle slopes up to 12°, footpaths, and standard outdoor surfaces. It is not designed for steep off-road terrain or soft ground such as deep sand or mud. The LED safety lights also support early morning or evening outings.
Can I take the B20 on a plane?
The B20's lithium battery is UN38.3 certified and designed to meet international airline carry-on requirements. We recommend contacting your airline in advance to confirm their specific wheelchair and battery policies, as requirements can vary by carrier and destination.
Can I use NDIS funding to purchase the B20?
The Easwe B20 may be claimable under your NDIS plan, subject to assessment and approval, under Assistive Technology depending on your plan and support needs. An assessment from an occupational therapist is typically required for powered mobility devices. Australian Healthcare Supplies is a registered NDIS provider. Contact us for assistance with your NDIS order.
I ordered the 2-battery option but only one battery arrived with the wheelchair — is something missing?
No — this is normal. Lithium battery freight rules mean we cannot ship two batteries with the wheelchair in one consignment, so your second battery is sent separately and may arrive a day or two apart. If it has not arrived within a week of the wheelchair, please contact us and we will chase the tracking for you.
