The Tynor ROM Elbow Brace (E-46) is a hinged range-of-motion brace that is designed to provide structured support and adjustable, controlled range-of-motion limits at the elbow joint during recovery. A dial-controlled, single-action locking hinge lets a clinician fix the elbow at a set angle or allow controlled movement between two chosen angles, while a lightweight aluminium frame, semi-flexible polymer cuffs and 3D moulded cushion pads keep it comfortable and secure. Both the upper-arm and forearm sections adjust independently in length (lift-and-slide) for a precise fit. One universal size; available for the left or right arm.

- Select the left- or right-arm version and adjust the bicep and forearm lengths (lift-and-slide) for a precise fit.
- Position the brace along the arm with the hinge centred at the elbow.
- Secure the cuffs with the straps for a comfortable, firm fit.
- Set the locking angle or range-of-motion limits using the dial, as directed by your clinician.

I purchased the Tynor large arm support for my tennis elbow
I have tried several different options and this is by far the best and most comfortable band I have ever worn
I highly recommend this product to anyone suffering with tennis elbow
I bought this as I was recommended to get one from my doctor and physio. I have hypermobile ehlers danlos syndrome, so my elbows hyperextend and dislocate/sublux multiple times a day.
And wow, the difference it has made to my life is incredible. No more hyperextension pain. Minimal dislocations now. This thing has worked so much better than I ever could have expected.
Now into the specifics of what I love about it: I love how sturdy and adjustable it is and how easy it is to use when adjusting the dial. It also isn't super ugly like some mobility aids are either which is a great perk! The teal tynor logo really helps on that front. Additionally I can also hang little keychain charms on it where you would hook on the support strap haha!!
I would unfortunately say that it has two small cons to it though. 1) the padding has these really sharp edges to them that dig into your skin so I have to wear it over the top of a sports sleeve. And 2) it only just fits me because of how small I am.
Other than that I'd say this is my favourite mobility aid ever. Would give it 6 stars if I could!
Effective support and protection of elbow joint whilst promoting regain of range of motion on extension and flexion after surgery for displaced fracture of left ulna/olecranon fracture with extension into the mid -articular surface and tension band wiring. Comfortable and light weight yet robust. Easy to fit, remove and replace. Adjustment / locking dial mechanism is easy to use. I used the brace unlocked to facilitate the greatest range of movement. The brace is high quality, at significantly lower cost than comparable products. Australian supplier! Fast post! One thing to note of and take care with regard to: if you are cutting the straps to fit you, measure each strap separately, they are different lengths at each securing point. I was careless and I nearly cut off too much from the wrist strap because I cut the same amount off at each point!
