Clean the foam component with a moist cloth only. Care for the fabric cover: hand wash with a mild detergent in water below 30°C without wringing. Dry in shade on a flat surface. Do not dry-clean, iron or bleach. Keep the foam away from moisture.

I had a nerve impingement at C5 C6 spine level (neck side) causing pain in neck, and radiating nerve pain in right shoulder and right arm.Bought this pillow with suspicion because of negative reviews. At least I received the right product and it worked wonders for my pain.Since a week I had not slept properly and with this pillow I was able to sleep. I further keep a towel on this to increase some size and get amazing sleep now every night.Even my physio says that I am healing automatically and he is not intervening. Probably, he is the best spine specialist Inhave ever met and this coming from him is amazing.I highly recommend this pillow.

Current MRP is ₹ 1,010/-.I have been suffering from cervical spondylosis for the past many years, primarily caused due to long hours of wrong posturing in office and essentially a sedentry lifestyle.This Tynor contour pillow has the perfect curvatures and lends support to the neck/cervical region, applying the right pressure on the painful, stiff neck/shoulder region.It has given me the much needed prophylactic relief at both back/prostrate, hyperextension/hyperflexion positions and side-on position too, that memory foam pillows could not.The pillow is harder, tighter and bouncier than a contoured memory foam pillow but extremely comfortable.I have purchased and used both this and the contoured memory foam pillows.While, memory foam is too soft, very comfortable, sinks deep down and hardly lends neck support, this one provides a much effective neck soft tissue and shoulder push back to address the vertebrae pain regions of the splenius cervicis and splenius capitis.For marginal, hyper-sensitive, delicate or transitional cervical pain patients, memory foam may just suffice.For more serious cases, this Tynor pillow is highly recommended.Proper placement of the pillow below the neck and laying positions are also vital to lend maximum relief.Remember one thumb rule:'If you get relief from mild massaging of your neck/shoulder then buy the softer memory foam pillow. Nice pillow and reduces pain
Good product... satisfied with the quality...it should come with a pillow cover with it....I used it my home pillow cover which doesn't fit well.
So far, the pillow has been good and I am experiencing better sleep. However, as with most changes to a routine, only time will truly determine the full benefits.
I find the pillow more comfortable, though with arthritis in my neck, along with recent changes in medication and exercises, it’s difficult to attribute the improvement to one factor alone.
That said, I really appreciate the comfort provided by the pillow’s configuration and overall support.

We all tend to give minimal importance to our pillows and the way we sleep. Only later in life do we realise what a mistake we have been doing by sleeping on wrong pillows.This is an amazing pillow amd has helped me tremendously. I have had too much pain in my neck for months, also due to an injury... physiotherapy AND this pillow have been effective. I only use this pillow now every night. Highly recommend, especially for those experiencing discomfort or pain while sleeping and otherwise too

Not big as portrayed, very light weighted but still the bulged area for neck does it's job for whoever having pain in neck
After almost a year of regular use the foam is still in proper condition so it is good.
Quality of this cervical pillow is amazing. In start, I find it difficult. But within a week, I can see the difference. My cervical pain reduced and posture of neck area also improved.
