The Tynor Pouch Arm Sling (Urbane) C21 is a chic, well-ventilated sling designed to help hold, support and immobilise the arm and shoulder in a comfortable flexed position during recovery. Made from soft three-layered PU bonded fabric with a moulded, interconnected-hole design, it keeps the chest uncovered and improves air circulation — well suited to warm conditions. A double-adjustment shoulder sling with a single-touch buckle allows precise fitting and easy application, while the padded shoulder loop and thumb cradle add comfort. It fits either the left or right arm. Supplied by Australian Healthcare Supplies, a registered NDIS provider based in Perth, Western Australia.

- Ventilated, moulded design with interconnected holes improves air circulation and comfort, and keeps the chest uncovered.
- PU foam shoulder pad takes the load of the arm and helps support it without strain to the neck.
- Double-adjustment shoulder sling allows accurate fitting and positioning of the arm, and is easy to wear and remove.
- Single-touch slide buckle for quick, convenient application and removal.
- Soft thumb cradle helps maintain the thumb in abduction for added comfort.
- Fits either the left or right arm.
May assist in managing discomfort associated with the following conditions:
- Support and immobilisation of the arm following fracture of the humerus, radius, ulna, clavicle or scapula.
- Clavicle (collarbone) fracture support.
- Post-surgical or post-cast care of the arm.
- A sprained or dislocated shoulder.
- Any other situation where support or immobilisation of the arm is required.
- Place the injured arm in the pouch and close the hook-and-loop fasteners.
- Place the thumb inside the cradle and close the fasteners on the pouch strap.
- Cross the sling over the shoulder, insert it through the buckle and reverse-pull to a comfortable position before fastening.
- Adjust the pad over the neck to a comfortable position using the sling on the elbow side.

- Product insert.
- Close the hook-and-loop fasteners before washing.
- Hand-wash with mild detergent and water below 30°C, without wringing.
- Air-dry in shade on a flat surface.
- Do not dry-clean, iron or bleach.
- Use this product under the guidance of a qualified doctor, and seek medical advice if discomfort or symptoms persist or worsen.
- Consult your doctor in case of concurrent use with any other medical device.
- Misuse or improper use of the device can lead to adverse effects and reduced effectiveness.
- Follow the instructions on the box carefully.
- Keep out of reach of children.

What sizes are available?
The C21 is available in Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large. Measure the circumference around the chest below the underarms to select your size.
Does it cover the chest?
No. The open, ventilated design keeps the chest uncovered for improved airflow and comfort.
Can it be worn on either arm?
Yes. The adjustable sling allows it to be fitted to either the left or right arm.
Is it suitable after shoulder surgery?
It may be used for post-surgical or post-cast care of the arm where advised by your treating clinician.
