Features
  • Two-piece design is more comfortable and offers better stabilisation. It can be tightened as needed for enhanced stabilisation and grip. One size fits many chest circumferences.
  • The shoulder immobiliser is made of 3-layered P.U. bonded fabric which is durable and non-tearable, has plush looks, is wrinkle-free and soft to feel
  • The shoulder strap and chest arm fixation belt can both be adjusted for personal wearing and fit all sizes!
Construction
  • Both pouch and arm restraint bands are made out of three-layered PU bonded fabric, each layer imparting to the fabric its unique properties.
  • The outer layer with raising provides a soft feel and plush look. The middle layer imparts a cushioning effect and a wrinkle-free property to the fabric.
  • The innermost layer gives the fabric its required strength and non-tear ability. The pouch holds and provides a comfortable rest to the arm.
  • The arm restraint band... ensures firm, comfortable stabilisation of the arm and the shoulder joint. one hand and ensures that one size can fit diverse body sizes.
  • The unique design with a reverse buckle mechanism makes it easy to apply, and one size can fit diverse body sizes.

Universal Shoulder Immobiliser

I have been using this for 5 weeks (with the exception of washing and a short wait drying period while I use the hospital provided immobiliser - less than 2 hrs’ wait). Another 2 weeks minimum to go, probably a fair bit longer. So much more comfortable and supportive than the arm sling immobiliser provided by healthcare. While I’m so grateful for the hospital support, staff and care, they’re not able to provide an option like this - they just don’t have the resources. My orthopaedic surgeon hadn’t seen this and commented on the quality and asked where I’d sourced it. As a short, short trial, I tried a half day back in the hospital supplied sling yesterday … I was sore. Swapped back and within a short period I felt more comfortable. It’s great. I can adjust it according to what I’m doing and feel really confident in the support it provides for shoulder stability. I have compound fractures of the humerus (upper arm bone) plus dislocated shoulder. This has been my lifeline. I’m to adjust and readjust according to needs and have supported sleep. I cannot recommend this more highly.

Perfect for my 11 year old’s broken arm

I was worried the sling was too big but its perfect for him. Having a strap over each shoulder really made wearing his cast for 6 weeks tolerable.

Good quality and very comfortable to use

Good quality and very comfortable to use as opposed to a normal sling. Mum has Lymphedema and a broken bone in the left arm. A normal sling was pulling on her neck and also strangling her and she was very uncomfortable. This offers much better support and comfort at a very reasonable price.

Good quality

I am using this sling for my fractured arm and shoulder as I could not find any suitable one in any Chemist branch. The item has a very good quality coming with 2 * straps which gives less pressure to my shoulder and also the piece which gets wrapped around the body is so helpful to keep my arm still as needed. Highly recommended.
