The Tynor Universal Shoulder Immobiliser is a scientifically designed orthopaedic support that is designed to help provide strong immobilisation and support of the shoulder joint and arm during injury recovery, post-operative care, and rehabilitation. Featuring a two-piece ergonomic design, adjustable fixation straps, and soft PU bonded fabric, it is designed to provide secure arm positioning with comfort and ease of application for extended daily wear. Available in Child, Regular, and Plus sizes.

The Tynor Universal Shoulder Immobiliser is designed to help provide support and immobilisation of the shoulder and arm. It may assist in the conservative management and rehabilitation of the following conditions:
- Shoulder dislocation and shoulder instability
- Post-operative shoulder immobilisation
- Rotator cuff injury recovery
- Clavicle and scapular fracture support
- Soft tissue injury, sprain, or strain of the shoulder

- Place the arm inside the pouch with the elbow comfortably positioned.
- Wrap the shoulder strap over the opposite shoulder and adjust to the required height and arm position.
- Secure the chest fixation strap around the body to hold the arm against the torso.
- Adjust all straps to achieve a secure yet comfortable immobilisation fit.
- Ensure circulation remains comfortable and movement restriction is appropriate for the prescribed condition.

So helpful for keeping my 2yos arm still when she broke her collarbone. The hospital supplied sling gave her too much freedom but the Tynor was incredible. It really helped her recovery. Highly recommend to anyone with similar injuries.
My Lil dude decided to exit the bed stage left, and suffered a non-displaced clavicle fracture, almost in line with his neck.
This sling was great - he took to it immediately which is surprising given how much he hates being restrained for even a moment. Given he is on the small side for it we had to put a few stitches at the elbow so he couldn't work the arm free, and had to use only one strap because the other sat directly over the fracture.
Praise from both the hospital and GP on the strap.
Perfect for our 3 year old with a broken collarbone. She would not keep the usual slings on. The Tynor shoulder immobiliser was perfect for her. She was unable to take it off herself. Healing 100 times better than it would have without it. I highly recommend.

Amazing product kept my child’s arm nice and snug he found it comfortable and didn’t complain once about it
My 3yo fractured her collarbone and this immobiliser kept her comfortable and super secure! Even the doctors at the hospital were impressed And said they couldn’t provide something that good. Definitely made her healing process fast and easy for us.
Amazing. My very active 3 year old broke her collarbone in a fall and would take her arm out of the standard brace. Tynor paediatric brace worked wonders. Easy to fit. She liked wearing it. My daughter fractured her clavicle and the pharmacy sling wasn’t immobilising her shoulder well. After we purchased this she was a lot more comfortable and healing has been tremendous. Even at the fracture clinic the doctor commended this sling
