Tynor Australia is committed to providing safe service for our customers and staff. As always, our online store is open 24x7. During this challenging time, we’d like to explain the actions we are taking to remain open and summarise the safety measures we have in place, to protect our colleagues and customers. We also feel it is important to highlight because of these factors our delivery lead time is slightly longer than normal.

Delivery Lead Times

We're still dispatching orders as we were before the pandemic, being classified as an essential service, we will continue to operate as long as the authorities deem it safe to do so. Our orders are still being dispatched very efficiently every business day. If you order before 09:00 am AEST then your order will be shipped that day.

Please note: Due to COVID-19 precautions, Australia Post has temporarily changed its delivery method and may take little longer than usual to deliver. 

Australia Post had released a few statements regarding their service. We recommend keeping an eye on their Coronavirus: Domestic updates & Service updates page. They are facing delays all through the network, some delays are significant. The demand for parcels has surged, domestic flights across Australia have been reduced and they've also had to put in place social distancing rules at their facilities which has meant they are understaffed.

We recommend opting for Express Post during checkout to get our parcel earlier.
