The Tynor Yoga Mat (TPE) is an eco-friendly, cushioned mat designed for a comfortable, stable yoga and exercise experience. Made from chemical-free TPE foam, this 8 mm mat gives generous cushioning to the joints and helps absorb impact, reducing strain on the wrists, knees and elbows. A textured top layer and a wavy non-slip base help keep you grounded, while moulded alignment lines guide hand, foot and body placement. Supplied by Australian Healthcare Supplies, based in Perth, Western Australia.

- Choose a clean, spacious area with room to move.
- Take the mat from the carry bag and unroll it on a flat surface, free of sharp objects.
- Position yourself on the mat, using the alignment lines as a guide.
- After your session, roll the mat up and secure it with the strap for easy carrying.
