1. Wear over a thin cotton undergarment for best skin comfort.
2. Wrap the belt around the waist keeping it upright — follow the "up inside" label for correct orientation.
3. Centre the back panel on the spine with the lower edge at sacrum level (S2 vertebra).
4. Fasten the hook-and-loop closure to a comfortable, firm compression — snug but not restrictive.
5. Fasten the double-pull elastic straps for added compression and grip.
6. Adjust or remove lumbar pads as required for comfort.

Can it be worn all day?
The A06 is designed for extended daily wear. Remove periodically to allow normal muscular function and always follow your clinician's guidance on appropriate wear duration for your condition.
