The Tynor Eye Cool Pack (H-12) is a re-freezable cold compress designed to deliver soothing, cooling relief to tired, strained and puffy eyes. Its uniquely shaped "aviator" gel pouch sits comfortably over both eyes for wider coverage around the eye area, while a soft fabric cover and adjustable elastic strap hold it gently and securely in place. Filled with a hydrophilic gel that stays cool for longer, it is lightweight, portable and re-freezable — a simple, cost-effective addition to an everyday comfort or self-care routine. ⓘ Important: Always use the gel pack inside its fabric cover and limit each application to 20 minutes. Cold therapy is not suitable for everyone — please see the cautions below and check with your doctor if you have a medical condition.
- Remove the fabric cover/sleeve from the gel pack.
- Place the gel pack in the freezer (around 0 °C) for at least one hour.
- Put the chilled gel pack back inside its fabric cover.
- Place it over the eyes and adjust the elastic strap for a comfortable, secure fit.
- Use for up to 20 minutes at a time, always with the cloth cover on.

- Wipe the gel pack with a moist, lint-free cloth and mild detergent
- Keep away from sharp edges and do not drop on hard surfaces
- Do not sit or lie on the pack (excess weight may rupture it)
- Do not dry-clean, iron or bleach
- Limit each application to 20 minutes and always use the cloth cover to protect the skin
- Not suitable for people with conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, Raynaud's syndrome, cold-allergic conditions, paralysis or areas of impaired sensation — seek medical advice first
- Take extra care if you have difficulty sensing cold
- For post-procedure use, follow your doctor's instructions
- If the gel contacts the skin or eyes, rinse immediately with water; if irritation or redness persists, consult a doctor
- Do not use if the gel pack is punctured or damaged
- Discontinue use and seek advice if you experience impaired sensation, reduced blood flow, allergic rash or itching, or if pain persists or worsens
- Keep out of reach of children
