1. Open the wrap and position it around the elbow, centring the guard over the joint (or remove the guard if you prefer a lighter wrap).
2. Wrap it firmly around the elbow and secure the UBL closure at a comfortable tension.
3. Make sure it sits flat without rolling — you should not feel pins and needles or numbness.
4. Wear during activity as required, and remove if you experience discomfort.
