Product Description

The Tynor Tennis Elbow Support (E-10) is an adjustable forearm strap that applies targeted compression to the forearm muscles just below the elbow — supporting the tendon attachment during gripping, lifting and racquet sports. A built-in silicone pressure pad concentrates the compression where it's needed, while a reverse-buckle mechanism lets you set and hold the tension precisely. A printed marking scale helps you apply the same, consistent compression each time, and the slim, breathable strap can be worn on either the left or right forearm while you stay active. Available in sizes S, M, L and XL.

  • Ambidextrous — Can be worn on either the left or right forearm.
  • Reverse buckle mechanism — Allows controlled tightening and holds the set tension securely.
  • Supports active movement — Slim, low-profile design supports the forearm while you stay active.
  • Marking scale for guidance — A printed scale helps you apply the same, consistent compression each time.
  • Silicone pressure pad — Concentrates targeted compression on the forearm muscles below the elbow.
  • Breathable & comfortable — Soft, freely breathable strap for comfortable wear during activity.

The Tynor Tennis Elbow Support is intended to provide targeted compression and support to the forearm and elbow, under the direction of a qualified healthcare professional.

  • Tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis)
  • Golfer's elbow (medial epicondylitis)
  • Forearm support during racquet sports and golf
  • Repetitive gripping or lifting activities (e.g. manual and industrial work)
  • Forearm overuse and strain

ⓘ Important: Position the silicone pad over the forearm muscle bulk about two to three finger-widths below the elbow, not over the bony point of the elbow. For correct placement and tension, follow the advice of a qualified healthcare professional. Fasten firmly but not so tightly that it restricts circulation.

Use under the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional. Choose the correct size for effective compression without restricting circulation.

  1. Wrap the strap around the forearm, two to three finger-widths below the elbow.
  2. Position the silicone pad over the muscle bulk (not over the bony point of the elbow).
  3. Use the marking scale to set your preferred, consistent tension.
  4. Fasten the reverse buckle to hold a comfortable, secure compression.
  • 1 × Tynor Tennis Elbow Support (E-10)
  • User instruction manual
  • Close the strap before washing to protect the fastening
  • Hand wash with mild detergent in water below 30°C; do not wring
  • Dry flat in the shade
  • Do not dry-clean, iron or bleach
  • Use only under the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional
  • Position the silicone pad over the forearm muscle, not the bony point of the elbow
  • Discontinue use and seek medical advice if you experience impaired sensation, reduced blood flow, allergic rash or itching, or if pain persists or worsens
  • Fasten firmly but not so tightly that it restricts circulation
  • Consult your doctor before using this device alongside another medical device
  • Misuse or improper fitting may cause adverse effects and reduce effectiveness
  • Follow the instructions provided on the box
  • Keep out of reach of children

Can I wear it on either arm?
Yes — it is ambidextrous and fits either the left or right forearm.

How do I choose the right size?
Use the size chart (S, M, L, XL) and check with your clinician if you are between sizes.

Tennis elbow brace epicondylitis

Best brace I've used and i've tried many. ThIs is the only one that the hook and loop fastens securely and last more than a couple of weeks.. It is also wide enough to provide good support to isolate the affected elbow joint.. I thoroughly recommend this product.
