2. Insert both arms through the shoulder loops as you would a backpack, ensuring the shoulder pads sit comfortably in the axillary (underarm) region.
3. Fasten the hook-and-loop closure at the front to a comfortable, supportive tension — the shoulders should feel gently drawn back, not forcefully pulled.
