1. Stand upright in your usual shoes, arms relaxed by your side.
2. Press the spring-loaded pin and slide the lower tube to set the handle level with your wrist crease.
3. Make sure the pin locks fully through the hole and the height feels secure.
4. Place the lanyard around your wrist and grip the handle, with the anti-slip base flat on the floor before putting weight on it.
