Hold the sleeve with the wider side facing upwards and pull it on over the foot and up to the knee, positioning it so the sleeve sits centrally over the kneecap. Adjust for a snug, comfortable fit.

Is it breathable enough for intense workouts? Yes. The air-mesh fabric is designed to promote ventilation and reduce heat and moisture build-up during activity.
How do I choose the right size? Measure the circumference of your mid-thigh, approximately 15 cm above the knee, and compare against the size chart. If unsure, check with your healthcare professional.
Can I wear it under clothing? Yes. The slim, lightweight sleeve is designed to be worn discreetly under most clothing.
Does it fit either knee? Yes. The sleeve is designed to fit either the left or right knee.
