Slide the sleeve over the hand and position it so the soft zone sits over the elbow joint. Adjust for a snug, comfortable fit that does not restrict circulation. Remove by sliding the sleeve back off the arm.

Hand wash only with a mild detergent. Air dry away from direct heat. Avoid wringing or tumble drying.
