Easwe M10 Foldable Mobility Scooter | NDIS | Australia

The Easwe M10 Foldable Electric Mobility Scooter is a lightweight, travel-friendly 4-wheel scooter designed to help users move independently with comfort and stability across indoor and outdoor environments. Unlike a wheelchair, the M10 is a seated mobility scooter steered by handlebars — designed for users who have some walking ability but require motorised mobility assistance for longer distances, shopping, outings, and travel. Weighing just 20kg and arriving with two batteries included as standard (one 10.4AH and one 13AH) for up to 48km combined range, the M10 is designed for all-day independence. Supplied by Australian Healthcare Supplies, a registered NDIS provider based in Perth, Western Australia.
- Dual Batteries Included as Standard — Up to 48km Range — the M10 is the only Easwe mobility product that comes with two different batteries as standard: one 10.4AH and one 13AH detachable lithium battery. Both are included in every unit. Used together, they are designed to provide up to approximately 48km of combined range. Note: only one battery is used at a time — swap to the second when the first is depleted.
- Airline-Approved Travel (with 10.4AH Battery) — the 10.4AH battery meets international airline carry-on requirements, designed for hassle-free air travel. Important: the 13AH battery is NOT airline-approved for carry-on and should be checked separately or left at home during air travel. Always confirm battery requirements with your airline before flying.
- 4-Wheel Stability Design — four wheels provide a stable, secure platform designed to assist users who may lack confidence on a 3-wheel scooter. With a compact 109cm (43") turning radius, the M10 is designed to manoeuvre in tight spaces, including shops, hallways, and lifts.
- Lightweight at 20kg — one of the lightest 4-wheel mobility scooters available in Australia, designed to make folding, lifting into a vehicle, and transporting as manageable as possible.
- 250W Brushless Motor — designed to assist smooth, quiet navigation over inclines, gravel, and uneven terrain at a safe and adjustable speed of 0–6.4km/h (0–4mph), with an IPX5 waterproof motor rating for protection against rain and splashes.
- IP66 Waterproof LCD Controller — the handlebar-mounted LCD controller carries an IP66 waterproof rating and allows precise speed adjustment, power on/off, and real-time battery monitoring with a clear display. Features a built-in safety horn.
- Dual Charging Options — charge the M10 either through the port above the motor (without removing the battery) or by removing each battery and charging separately — whichever is more convenient.
- LED Safety Lights — designed to improve visibility in low-light conditions, supporting safer use during evening outings or in dimly lit environments.
- Comfort Suspension System — shock-absorbing suspension in both the seat and front wheels is designed to reduce impact on uneven surfaces, supporting comfort during extended outings.
- Comprehensive Safety System — intelligent electromagnetic brake system, anti-tip rear wheels, and a seat belt are designed to assist user stability and safety during everyday movement.
- Compact Foldable Design — folds quickly for storage at home, loading into a car boot, or transporting as mobility equipment.
The Easwe M10 may assist individuals seeking motorised mobility support in the following situations:
- Reduced walking endurance or stamina due to age, illness, or physical condition
- Users who can walk short distances but need powered assistance for longer outings (shopping, parks, appointments)
- Recovery from lower limb injury or surgery where walking is limited but not fully restricted
- Conditions affecting walking ability (e.g., arthritis, heart or respiratory conditions, MS, Parkinson's)
- Day-to-day independence at home, in the community, or while travelling
- Air travel requires a lightweight, airline-compliant mobility device
Note: the M10 is a mobility scooter, not an electric wheelchair. It is steered by handlebars and requires some upper body function and ability to transfer on and off independently or with minimal assistance. Users who require a joystick-controlled wheelchair should consider the Easwe electric wheelchair range instead. We recommend consulting a physiotherapist, occupational therapist, or GP to confirm this model is suitable for your individual needs. NDIS participants should contact us to confirm funding eligibility before purchasing.
- The M10 arrives 95% pre-assembled — remove from packaging and unfold the frame. Attach the tiller (handlebar column) and secure the locking pin as directed in the product manual.
- Insert the first battery into the battery compartment and secure the locking mechanism. Store the second battery safely for use when needed.
- Power on using the handlebar controller and verify the battery level, LED lights, and display are functioning correctly.
- Adjust the tiller angle and seat position to suit the user's height and comfort before first use.
- To charge: plug the charger into the port above the motor, or remove the battery and charge it separately.

- Wipe the frame, seat, and tiller with a damp cloth — do not submerge in water or use high-pressure cleaning.
- Store in a dry location away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Charge both batteries after extended use and avoid allowing either to fully deplete before recharging.
- Inspect tyres, brakes, and tiller connection regularly — a comprehensive safety check is recommended every six months. Contact us if any component requires attention.
- Consult a physiotherapist, occupational therapist, or GP before use to confirm this scooter is appropriate for your condition and individual needs.
- Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 120kg.
- Reduce speed when navigating inclines, ramps, or uneven surfaces — exercise caution at all times.
- Airline travel: only the 10.4AH battery is airline-approved for carry-on. The 13AH battery does not meet airline carry-on requirements — arrange separate transport or leave it at home when travelling by air. Always confirm battery policies with your airline before flying.
- Only one battery is used at a time — do not attempt to use both batteries simultaneously.
- Do not submerge in water despite the IPX5 motor and IP66 controller ratings — avoid deep puddles and flooded areas.
- Always engage the electromagnetic brake when stationary on a slope or incline.
- Do not modify the scooter or its components — modifications void the warranty and may affect safety.
- Keep children away from the controls when the scooter is powered on.
