Same wheelchair, either way. Both options are the identical Easwe L10. The 2-battery option simply adds a second 11.4Ah lithium battery. The L10 runs on one battery at a time — the second is carried as a spare and swapped in when the first runs low, extending total range from approximately 22.5km to 45km.

• Motorised Adjustable Seat Height (40–60cm) — the L10's defining feature is its motorised seat lift, designed to raise and lower the seat between 40cm (15.75") and 60cm (23.62") at the touch of a button. This is designed to assist safe and independent transfers, allow comfortable dining at standard table height, and support accessibility in a range of environments. Note: seat height must be adjusted when the user is not seated.
• Mecanum Omni-Directional 360° Wheels — the L10 uses Mecanum wheels with a tight 76cm (29.9") turning radius, designed to enable smooth 360° turning on the spot. The 2-battery option adds a second identical battery, taking total range to approximately 45km. Only one battery is fitted at a time — the second is a spare you swap in when needed. Please note the second battery ships as a separate parcel due to lithium battery freight regulations.

The Easwe L10 may assist individuals seeking powered mobility support in the following situations:

1. The L10 arrives 95% pre-assembled — remove from packaging and unfold the frame by pressing the side release buttons and pulling upward on the seat until the frame locks into position.
2. Attach the battery pack to the rear of the wheelchair and secure the locking mechanism until it clicks firmly.
3. Connect the LCD joystick controller to the armrest port and ensure it is firmly seated.
4. Power on using the joystick controller and verify the battery level, LED lights, and display are functioning correctly.
5. Adjust the seat height using the dedicated height adjustment button before the user is seated. Adjust footrests and armrests to suit the user's comfort before first use.

• Wipe the frame, seat, and footrests with a damp cloth and mild soap — avoid abrasive cleaners. Do not submerge in water or use high-pressure cleaning.
• Store in a dry indoor area away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to help reduce frame wear.
• Charge the battery after each use and avoid allowing it to fully deplete before recharging.
• Check and tighten brake mechanisms monthly to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect wheels for wear and clean with a damp cloth regularly to maintain smooth Mecanum wheel operation.

• Consult a physiotherapist, occupational therapist, or GP before use to confirm this wheelchair is appropriate for your condition and individual needs.
• Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 120kg.
• Seat height must be adjusted only when no one is seated — do not adjust seat height while occupied.
• Reduce speed when navigating inclines, ramps, or uneven surfaces — exercise caution at all times.
• Do not submerge in water despite the IP66 controller and IPX5 motor ratings — avoid deep puddles and flooded areas.
• Only one battery operates at a time — do not attempt to connect both batteries simultaneously.
• The seatback on the L10 is fixed and does not recline — if seatback recline is required, consider the Easwe B10 or G10 models.
• Always engage the electromagnetic brake when stationary on a slope or incline.
• Do not modify the wheelchair or its components — modifications void the warranty and may affect safety.
• Keep children away from the joystick and controls when the wheelchair is powered on.

What makes the L10 different from other Easwe models?
The L10 is the only Easwe wheelchair with a motorised adjustable seat height and Mecanum omnidirectional wheels. The seat height adjustment (40–60cm) is designed to assist safe and independent transfers and comfortable dining — no other model in the range offers this. The Mecanum wheels enable a 76cm turning radius for tight indoor navigation, compared to the wider turning radius on standard wheelchair designs. These two features make the L10 specifically well-suited for users in compact living spaces, users who transfer frequently, or users who want a premium appearance in public settings.

Can the seat height be adjusted while I am sitting in it?
No — the seat height on the L10 is designed to be adjusted when the user is not seated. Once the preferred height is set, the user transfers into the seat at that height. The adjustment mechanism is designed for use before sitting, not during.

Can I take the L10 on a plane?
The L10's lithium battery is airline-approved and designed to meet international airline carry-on requirements. We recommend contacting your airline in advance to confirm their specific wheelchair and battery policies, as requirements can vary by carrier and destination.

Can I use NDIS funding to purchase the L10?
The Easwe L10 may be eligible for NDIS funding under Assistive Technology — Mid Cost or Higher Cost, depending on your plan and support needs. Is the 2-battery L10 a different wheelchair?
No. Both options are the same Easwe L10. The 2-battery option includes a second 11.4Ah battery so you always have a charged spare on hand. The chair uses one battery at a time — you swap to the second when the first runs low, extending total range from approximately 22.5km to 45km.

I ordered the 2-battery option but only one battery arrived with the wheelchair — is something missing?
No — this is normal. Lithium battery freight rules mean we cannot ship two batteries with the wheelchair in one consignment, so your second battery is sent separately and may arrive a day or two apart. If it has not arrived within a week of the wheelchair, please contact us and we will chase the tracking for you.
