Easwe F10 Auto-Folding Electric Wheelchair | NDIS | Australia

The Easwe F10 Auto-Folding Electric Wheelchair is a powerful, airline-approved powered mobility aid with a standout feature found in no other Easwe wheelchair — a one-button automatic folding and unfolding mechanism operated by remote control or the joystick. With the press of a button, the F10 folds itself compactly for loading into a vehicle or storage, and unfolds ready to ride — no manual effort required. Built on a high-strength aluminium alloy frame with dual 250W brushless motors (500W total), large all-terrain wheels, and LED safety lights, the F10 is designed for users who want maximum convenience during transport without compromising on performance. Supplied by Australian Healthcare Supplies, a registered NDIS provider based in Perth, Western Australia.
Same wheelchair, either way. Both options are the identical Easwe F10. The 2-battery option simply adds a second 12Ah lithium battery. The F10 runs on one battery at a time — the second is carried as a spare and swapped in when the first runs low, extending total range from approximately 24km to 48km.

- One-Button Auto-Folding via Remote Control — the F10's defining feature is its motorised automatic folding mechanism. At the press of a button on the included remote control or joystick, the wheelchair folds itself compactly and unfolds ready to ride — no manual lifting, bending, or effort required. This is designed to assist users and carers who find manual folding physically difficult, and to make loading into vehicles faster and easier. Important: the auto-fold function must only be activated when no one is seated.
- Dual 250W Brushless Motors (500W Total) — designed to assist smooth, powerful navigation over inclines, gravel, and uneven terrain, with an IPX5 waterproof rating for added protection against rain and splashes.
- Up to 48km Range with Spare Battery — supplied with one 12AH airline-approved lithium battery (up to approximately 24km). The 2-battery option adds a second identical battery, taking total range to approximately 48km. Only one battery is fitted at a time — the second is a spare you swap in when needed. Please note the second battery ships as a separate parcel due to lithium battery freight regulations.
- Airline-Approved Battery — the detachable lithium battery meets international airline carry-on requirements (UN38.3 certified), designed for hassle-free air travel.
- Large All-Terrain Wheels — oversized rear wheels are designed to assist navigation over rougher terrain, including gravel paths, uneven ground, and outdoor surfaces, providing greater stability compared to standard smaller-wheel designs.
- LED Safety Lights — front-facing LED lights are designed to support visibility in low-light conditions, supporting safer use during evening outings or in dimly lit environments.
- Smart Joystick Controller — allows smooth speed adjustment, power on/off, real-time battery monitoring, and activation of the auto-fold mechanism. Features a safety horn and dedicated charging port.
- Comfort Suspension System — shock-absorbing suspension in both the seat and front wheels is designed to reduce impact on uneven surfaces, supporting comfort during extended use.
- Comprehensive Safety System — an intelligent electromagnetic brake system, anti-tip rear wheels, and a seat belt are designed to assist user stability and safety during everyday movement.
The Easwe F10 may assist individuals seeking powered mobility support in the following situations:
- Limited lower-body mobility or inability to self-propel a manual wheelchair
- Users or carers who find manual folding physically difficult or painful
- Reduced walking endurance due to age, illness, or physical condition
- Post-surgical or rehabilitation periods where walking is restricted
- Progressive conditions affecting mobility (e.g., MS, Parkinson's, arthritis, stroke recovery)
- Frequent vehicle travellers who load and unload their wheelchair independently or with minimal carer assistance
- Day-to-day independence at home, in the community, or while travelling
- Evening or low-light outings where LED lighting provides additional visibility
Recommended for users between 150–190cm in height and up to 100kg in weight. We recommend consulting a physiotherapist, occupational therapist, or GP to confirm this model is suitable for your individual needs. NDIS participants should contact us to confirm funding eligibility before purchasing.
- The F10 arrives 95% pre-assembled — remove from packaging and use the remote control or joystick to unfold the wheelchair automatically. Ensure you are standing clear during the unfolding process.
- Attach the battery pack to the rear of the wheelchair and secure the locking mechanism until it clicks firmly.
- Connect the joystick controller to the armrest port and ensure it is firmly seated.
- Power on using the joystick controller and verify the battery level, LED lights, auto-fold mechanism, and display are all functioning correctly.
- Adjust the footrests and armrests to suit the user's height and comfort before first use.

- Wipe the frame, seat, and footrests with a damp cloth — do not submerge in water or use high-pressure cleaning.
- Store in a dry location away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Charge the battery after each use and avoid allowing it to fully deplete before recharging.
- Inspect the auto-fold mechanism, tyres, brakes, and joystick connection regularly — a comprehensive safety check is recommended every six months. Contact us if any component requires attention.
- Consult a physiotherapist, occupational therapist, or GP before use to confirm this wheelchair is appropriate for your condition and individual needs.
- Never activate the auto-fold mechanism while anyone is seated in the wheelchair — the folding function must only be used when the wheelchair is unoccupied. Activating the fold while seated may cause tipping and serious injury.
- Ensure all bystanders, especially children, are clear of the wheelchair before activating the auto-fold or auto-unfold function.
- Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 100kg.
- Reduce speed when navigating inclines, ramps, or uneven surfaces — exercise caution at all times.
- Do not submerge in water despite the IPX5 motor rating — avoid deep puddles and flooded areas.
- Only one battery operates at a time — do not attempt to connect both batteries simultaneously.
- Always engage the electromagnetic brake when stationary on a slope or incline.
- Do not modify the wheelchair, remote control, or auto-fold mechanism — modifications void the warranty and may affect safety.
- Keep children away from the remote control and joystick when the wheelchair is powered on.

What makes the F10 different from all other Easwe wheelchairs?
The F10 is the only Easwe wheelchair with a motorised auto-folding mechanism. Every other model in the range — A10, B10, B20, C10, D10, E10, G10, L10 — requires manual folding. The F10 folds and unfolds at the press of a button on the included remote control or joystick, without any manual bending, lifting, or effort. This makes it particularly well-suited to users who regularly transfer in and out of vehicles independently, or whose carers have limited strength or mobility for manual folding. The F10 uses the same powerful dual 250W motor system as the A10, B20, and E10.
Can the auto-fold be used while seated?
No — the auto-fold mechanism must only be activated when no one is seated in the wheelchair. Activating the fold while occupied may cause tipping and serious injury. Always transfer out of the wheelchair before folding, and ensure the area is clear of bystanders before pressing the fold button.
Can I take the F10 on a plane?
The F10's lithium battery is UN38.3 certified and designed to meet international airline carry-on requirements. We recommend contacting your airline in advance to confirm their specific wheelchair and battery policies, as requirements can vary by carrier and destination.
Can I use NDIS funding to purchase the F10?
The Easwe F10 may be eligible for NDIS funding under Assistive Technology — Mid Cost or Higher Cost, depending on your plan and support needs. An assessment from an occupational therapist is typically required for powered mobility devices. Australian Healthcare Supplies is a registered NDIS provider. Contact us for assistance with your NDIS order.
Is the 2-battery F10 a different wheelchair?
No. Both options are the same Easwe F10. The 2-battery option includes a second 12Ah battery so you always have a charged spare on hand. The chair uses one battery at a time — you swap to the second when the first runs low, extending total range from approximately 24km to 48km.
I ordered the 2-battery option but only one battery arrived with the wheelchair — is something missing?
No — this is normal. Lithium battery freight rules mean we cannot ship two batteries with the wheelchair in one consignment, so your second battery is sent separately and may arrive a day or two apart. If it has not arrived within a week of the wheelchair, please contact us and we will chase the tracking for you.
