The Easwe Care+ Extended Warranty adds one full year of additional protection to your Easwe electric wheelchair or mobility scooter, extending the standard warranty on key components that matter most during daily use. For AUD $199, your motor, battery, and controller coverage doubles from 1 year to 2 years, and your frame coverage extends from 5 years to 6 years — giving you greater confidence and protection against unexpected repair costs for longer.
⚠️ Important: Easwe Care+ must be added to your order at the same time as your Easwe wheelchair or mobility scooter purchase. It cannot be added after your wheelchair order has been placed.

Care+ doubles their coverage from 1 year to 2 years, designed to protect against unexpected component issues during the second year of ownership.
- Extended Frame Coverage to 6 Years — the frame is already covered for 5 years as standard. Care+ extends this to 6 years for additional long-term peace of mind.
- Cost Savings on Repairs — electric wheelchair motor, battery, and controller replacements can be significant costs outside of warranty. Care+ is designed to reduce unexpected out-of-pocket repair expenses during the extended coverage period.
- Priority Support — Care+ customers receive priority assistance when contacting our support team during the extended warranty period.
- Covers Normal Use Conditions — Care+ applies to component failures and defects arising from normal daily use of the wheelchair under the conditions described in the product manual.
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, or impacts

Can I add Care+ after I have already purchased my wheelchair?
No — Easwe Care+ must be purchased at the same time as your wheelchair order. It cannot be added after the wheelchair purchase is complete. If you are purchasing a wheelchair now and want extended coverage, add Care+ to your cart before checking out.
When does the extended warranty start?
The Care+ extension begins from the original wheelchair purchase date — not from the end of the standard warranty period. This means the extended coverage runs alongside and beyond the standard warranty, giving you 2 years total on the motor, battery, and controller, and 6 years total on the frame from the date you purchased your wheelchair.
Is Care+ compatible with all Easwe models?
Care+ is designed for all Easwe electric wheelchair and mobility scooter models sold through Australian Healthcare Supplies. Contact us if you have a question about a specific model before purchasing.
What do I need to make a warranty claim?
To make a claim during the extended warranty period, contact us with your original order confirmation number, a description of the issue, and photos or video of the fault where possible. Our support team will assess the claim and advise on next steps, which may include repair, replacement of the affected component, or other appropriate resolution.
