The Easwe Bluetooth Remote Controller is an official wireless accessory designed to extend the control capability of compatible Easwe electric wheelchairs via Bluetooth. The remote is designed to allow a carer, family member, or the user themselves to operate designated wheelchair functions from a short distance without needing to be at the joystick — particularly useful during loading, parking, and manoeuvring in tight spaces. Compatible with Easwe B10, C20, C30, D10, and L10 only. Supplied by Australian Healthcare Supplies, a registered NDIS provider based in Perth, Western Australia.

⚠️ Compatibility Notice: This Bluetooth Remote Controller is ONLY compatible with the Easwe B10, C20, C30, D10, and L10 electric wheelchairs. It is NOT compatible with any other Easwe model. Please confirm your model before purchasing.

This Bluetooth Remote Controller is compatible with the following Easwe models only:

Not compatible with: A10, B20, C10, E10, F10, G10, S10, M10, M20. If you own one of these models, this remote will not pair or function with your wheelchair. Contact us before purchasing if you are unsure which model you own.

- Activate Bluetooth pairing mode on the remote controller as directed in the product manual.
- Follow the pairing steps to connect the remote to your wheelchair via Bluetooth — the pairing process is typically completed within 30 seconds.
- Test each function on the remote to confirm the pairing is successful before relying on it for regular use.

- Keep the remote dry — do not expose to rain, liquids, or high humidity.
- Store in a safe location away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
- Replace or recharge the battery when the remote response becomes slow or unreliable.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Only compatible with Easwe B10, C20, C30, D10, and L10. Do not attempt to pair with other models — it will not function.
- Do not use the remote to operate the wheelchair while someone is seated in it unless the specific function is designed for that purpose — confirm safe use scenarios with the product manual.
- Ensure the area around the wheelchair is clear of people and obstacles before remotely operating any movement function.
- Bluetooth range is limited — do not attempt to operate the wheelchair from outside the effective range. Confirm range with supplier before publishing.
- Do not modify the remote controller or attempt to pair it with non-Easwe devices.
- Keep out of reach of children — remote operation of a powered wheelchair by unsupervised children presents a safety hazard.

Which Easwe models is this remote compatible with?
The Easwe Bluetooth Remote Controller is compatible with the B10, C20, C30, D10, and L10 only. It is not compatible with the A10, B20, C10, E10, F10, G10, S10, M10, or M20. If you are unsure which model you own, check the label on your wheelchair frame or contact us before purchasing.

Accessories for approved NDIS Assistive Technology items may be eligible for funding under the same AT registration group as the primary device.
