1. The A10 arrives 95% pre-assembled — remove from packaging and unfold the frame by pressing the side release buttons and pulling upward on the seat.
2. Attach the battery pack to the rear of the wheelchair and secure the locking mechanism.
3. Connect the joystick controller to the port on the armrest and ensure it clicks firmly into place.
4. Power on using the joystick controller and verify the battery level indicator is displaying correctly.
5. Adjust the footrests and armrests to suit the user's height and comfort before first use.

What is the difference between the Easwe A10 and B10?
The A10 has a fixed seatback — it is designed for users who do not require seatback angle adjustment. The B10 supports seatback angle adjustment, making it better suited for users who need to recline for comfort or rest during extended use. Both models share the same dual 250W motor system and airline-approved battery. If you are unsure which model suits your needs, we recommend speaking with an occupational therapist before purchasing.

Is the A10 suitable for outdoor use?
Yes — the A10 features honeycomb puncture-proof tyres on all wheels and a dual 250W motor system designed to assist with inclines and uneven terrain. It may be used on gravel paths, gentle slopes, and standard outdoor surfaces. It is not designed for steep off-road terrain or soft ground such as deep sand or mud.

Can I take the A10 on a plane?
The A10's lithium battery is airline-approved and designed to meet international carry-on requirements. We recommend contacting your airline in advance to confirm their specific wheelchair and battery policies, as requirements can vary by carrier and destination.

Can I use NDIS funding to purchase the A10?
The Easwe A10 may be eligible for NDIS funding under Assistive Technology — Mid Cost or Higher Cost, depending on your plan and support needs.
