The Tynor Dual Patellar Support (D55) is designed to support patellar and knee stability during movement and athletic activity. Its dual gel pad design applies gentle, targeted pressure above and below the kneecap to help take load off the quadriceps and patellar tendons, supporting proper patellar tracking within the femoral groove. Made from durable polyamide with a soft elastane lining, it features dual hook-and-loop straps and a reverse buckle for even, adjustable pressure, plus a cushioned back pad for comfort. Lightweight and discreet, it is designed to help support the knee during activity as advised by a healthcare professional. - Unfasten the hook-and-loop closures and open the upper and lower straps from one side.
- Place the upper and lower gel pads over the quadriceps and patellar tendon respectively.
- Pass the hook-and-loop strap through the reverse buckle mechanism.
- Fasten the straps for a secure, comfortable fit.

Where do the gel pads sit? The dual gel pads are positioned above and below the kneecap, over the quadriceps and patellar tendons.

Recommended by my physio and it did not disappoint
For Knee support is it is very good but velcro is pricking and edges are coming out and it is sticking to pant when we wear , i suppose velcro should be more thick and long enough to hold
The product is exactly as shown in the pictures. Build quality seems good. There are gel/silicon pads on the inner side of both pads, it's comfortable to wear. I am a regular at gym and badminton, since last month I have been suffering from knee pain that I experience every time I jerk my knees or put pressure on them. I ordered these arter looking through many products online. They do seem to provide some relief from pain as soon as I tried them, the strap helps hold the patella in place hence reducing the stress on it and subsequently releiving the pain, I have to test it while playing to update how it feels and performs during physical activities.

Comfortable and supportive
This is horrible. The only issue that you can’t wear it is that it keeps falling, no matter how many times you fix it. The worst part is that you can’t even return it.
