1. Unfasten all hook-and-loop closures before application.
2. Wrap the support around the knee with the hinges positioned on either side of the joint.
3. Ensure the patella is centred within the patellar opening.
4. Align the hinges with the centre of the knee joint.
5. Fasten the upper and lower straps securely.
6. Adjust compression for a comfortable and supportive fit.
