The Tynor Cervical Traction Head Halter G 10 is an anatomically designed halter that provides comfortable cervical traction to the cervical and upper thoracic vertebrae. It applies force primarily from the back of the head (the occipital region) to increase intervertebral joint space while reducing pressure on the chin, so traction therapy can be carried out comfortably at home or in hospital. - Unfasten the hook-and-loop side straps and slide the head through the halter.
- Place the occipital pad at the back of the head, aligned with the occiput, and the chin pad under the chin.
- Adjust both pads for accurate, comfortable positioning.
- Fasten the hook-and-loop straps for a stable fit and trim any excess strap.
- Connect the halter to the rest of a Tynor cervical traction system.
- Maintain a slight forward neck angle for balanced force distribution, under professional supervision.
