Hi I've had Plantar fasciitis for about 4 months now and I have tried everything online. I've tried the night splint with the metal rod, the arch support shoe inserts and even the compression sleeve wraps, they all gave me some relief but nothing compared to these. The Tynor Elastomer Silicone Gel arch support inserts are so good they have stopped that throbbing heel pain and inflammation you get at the end of the day, now I don't need to ice my foot anymore. They felt hard like walking on a tennis ball the first two day but now they are so comfortable and I don't even notice I'm wearing them. Also it was my Doctor after I got my ultrasound results back confirming I have Plantar faciitis recommend these and said to wear them everyday for the next 6 months and my Pf will heal. I can totally recommend them to everyone as they give me so much relief I don't get that pain in the morning where you can't walk when you get out of bed. I have just brought another pair as I have them in my slippers now. I don't walk without my gel inserts anywhere and hopefully in a few more months my PF will of healed :)

I have a high arch and use these in all of my flats that don't have any. I also place them below the removable insoles of my sneakers, slippers and even stick them un sandals that don't have a high enough arch support. I stick them under athletic arch supports for extra lift when walking long distances. Love these and have ordered many of them.
