The Tynor Ankle Wrap (Neoprene) is a wrap-around ankle support designed to provide support, compression and partial immobilisation for a weak or injured ankle. Made from three-layered, four-way-stretch neoprene-bonded fabric, it offers a snug, anatomical fit, while the dual figure-of-eight straps allow controlled, customisable compression. - Open the hook-and-loop fasteners and slide your foot in so the heel sits snugly in the heel opening.
- Fasten the upper strap first, then stretch and tighten the lower strap.
- Wrap the straps from the medial (inner) to the lateral (outer) side in a figure-of-eight.
- Adjust for a close, comfortable fit without restricting blood flow to the foot.

- Hand wash with mild detergent in water below 30°C; do not wring.
- Close the hook-and-loop fasteners before washing.
- Dry in the shade on a flat surface.
- Do not dry-clean.
- Do not iron.
- Do not bleach.
- Use under the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional.
- Tighten the straps for a close fit, but not so tightly that blood flow to the foot is restricted.
- Discontinue use and consult a qualified doctor if you experience impaired sensation, impaired blood flow, allergic rash or itching, or if pain increases or persists.
- Consult your doctor in the case of concurrent use with any other medical device.
- Misuse or improper use of the device can lead to adverse effects and reduced performance.
- Follow the instructions provided in the box carefully.
