The Tynor Lumbo Lacepull Brace is an advanced lumbosacral brace designed to support the lower back through a multi-pulley lacepull mechanism that delivers controlled, independent compression to the thoracic and lumbar regions simultaneously. The semi-rigid anatomically contoured back panel and highly porous aerated body are designed to provide firm support with extended wearing comfort, making it suitable for disc-related conditions, post-operative recovery, and lumbar spondylosis. Use under the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional. If your physiotherapist, GP, or spinal surgeon has recommended a lumbar brace or lumbosacral support, confirm product code A 29 with your clinician. NDIS participants should contact us to confirm funding eligibility.
- Wear a thin cotton undergarment or liner beneath the brace.
- Wrap the brace around the lower back and abdomen, positioning the back panel over the lumbar spine.
- Fasten the hook-and-loop closure at the front to a comfortable, firm fit.
- Pull the lacepull cord to tighten the upper and lower sections independently — adjust each to the level of support required.
- Check that breathing and movement feel comfortable and unobstructed before completing application.
- Loosen or remove the brace during rest periods as directed by your clinician.

- Hand wash only in mild detergent, water below 30°C — do not wring
- Dry flat in shade on a flat surface
- Do not dry-clean, iron, or bleach
- Use under the strict guidance of a qualified healthcare professional
- Do not overtighten the lacepull cord — compression should be firm but must not restrict breathing or circulation
- Discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice if you experience numbness, reduced blood flow, skin irritation, increased pain, or worsening symptoms
- For post-operative use, apply only as directed by your treating surgeon or physician — do not self-prescribe
- Consult your doctor before concurrent use with any other medical device or spinal support
- The product is preferably worn over a cotton undergarment to protect the skin
- Misuse or improper use may reduce effectiveness and lead to adverse effects
- Follow the instructions in the product box carefully

The Tynor Lumbo Lacepull Brace uses a multi-pulley lacepull mechanism that delivers independent compression to the upper and lower back simultaneously — unlike standard lumbar belts which provide a single uniform compression band. This makes it more suitable for disc-related conditions, post-operative recovery, and cases where targeted lumbar IVD decompression support is required. Confirm suitability with your treating clinician.
Which size should I order?
Measure your waist circumference around the navel, standing or sitting with your back straight. S&M fits 28–36” (71–91 cm). L&XL fits 36–44” (91–112 cm). XXL&XXXL fits 44–52” (112–132 cm). If you are at the upper limit of a size range, choose the next size up. If you are unsure, contact us with your measurement before ordering. Note: some stock may still be labelled in the old Universal / Special sizing — use your waist measurement to confirm fit regardless of the label.

Can it be used after lumbar spine surgery?
The Tynor Lumbo Lacepull Brace is designed to provide post-operative support following lumbar discectomy, decompression, and related spinal procedures. Post-operative use must be directed and supervised by your treating surgeon or physician only — do not self-prescribe for post-surgical support.
