Free Shipping on Orders over $99*
Free Shipping on Orders Over $99* (Excluding Wholesale Orders, Bulky Items & Powered Mobility Equipment)
At our store, we believe that when you’re stocking up on orthopedics and fracture aids, paying for shipping feels outdated. That’s why we offer Free Standard Shipping Australia Wide on all orders over $99!
Important Note: Free shipping applies only to orders weighing under 500 grams and excludes wholesale orders, bulky items (such as pillows and walking aids) and powered mobility equipment, which will incur standard shipping charges.
Electric wheelchairs, mobility scooters and lithium batteries: these items must be shipped as dangerous goods freight and are not covered by free shipping under any order value. Delivery is quoted separately based on your delivery address and is confirmed on your quote or invoice before payment. Please contact us for a delivery quote before ordering. Collection from our Perth warehouse is also available — see Book a Pickup Appointment.
