Hold the sleeve with the wider side facing upwards and the patella opening facing forward. Pull it on over the foot and up to the knee, positioning the opening over the kneecap. Adjust for a snug, comfortable fit.

What does the open patella design do? The cut-out sits around the kneecap to take direct pressure off it while the sleeve compresses the surrounding area.
How do I choose the right size? Measure the circumference of your mid-thigh, approximately 15 cm above the knee, and compare against the size chart. If unsure, check with your healthcare professional.
Is it suitable for running? Yes. The breathable, flexible sleeve is designed for high-impact activity such as running and court sports.
Does it fit either knee? Yes. The sleeve is designed to fit either the left or right knee.
