The Tynor Ankle Support Air Pro is a lightweight, breathable ankle support designed to provide firm compression and stability to the ankle joint during sport, training and recovery. Its air-mesh fabric with cushioned neoprene support keeps the ankle ventilated and comfortable through extended wear, while the contoured fit supports natural movement. The Ankle Support Air Pro is designed to support and stabilise the ankle during activity and recovery. It may be suitable for:

- Select the correct size using the size chart.
- Slip the support over your foot and position it so it sits comfortably around the ankle.
- Adjust so the compression feels firm but comfortable.
- Check the fit is snug but not restrictive — no pinching, numbness or tingling.
- Reposition or remove if you feel any discomfort.

- Air dry flat, away from direct heat and sunlight.

Measure as per the size chart (S–XL). If you're between sizes, your physiotherapist can help you choose.
Can I wear it during sport?
Yes — the breathable mesh and contoured fit are designed to stay comfortable and secure during activity.
Can I wear it inside a shoe?
It's a slim, lightweight sleeve that fits under most footwear — check comfort with your own shoes.
Is it suitable after an ankle injury?
It can provide support during recovery, but please follow your doctor's or physiotherapist's advice.
